Purchasing Admin Assistant

Based in the Administration office

Salary TBC

Full time 37.5 hours Monday through Friday

Pension scheme.

Your responsibilities within the role would include:

  • Preparing purchase orders and sending copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
  • Assess stock replenishment.
  • Respond to customer and supplier enquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and review documents such as purchasing files and track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.


The ideal candidate will have:

GCSE English and Maths minimum grade C

Experience is ideal but training will be given.
